Registration Information

Classes Resume Wednesday September 5, 2012 @ 6:30pm.

1. Please complete a registration package provided on your first class.

2. All participants must read and accept the waiver form before training.

3. Newcomers are entitled to 2 weeks of free classes.

4. To fully enroll, complete the Karate Alberta Association Form (one per family member joining), along with the Calgary Chito Ryu Fees Form (one per family if applicable) and return them with payments (cheque or cash accepted) to Sensei Troy Feener.
