Registration Information
Classes Resume September 9, 2009
1. Please complete a registration package provided on your first class.
2. All participants must read and accept the waiver form before training.
3. Newcomers are entitled to 2 weeks of free classes.
4. To fully enroll, complete the Karate Alberta Association Form, along with the Calgary Chito Ryu Fees Form (provided in class) and return them with payments (cheque or cash accepted) to Sensei Troy Feener. By doing so you will also be registered with the Karate Alberta Association as well as the National Karate Association.
